This past week, I hosted IGNITE, a group of rising star Millennials who lead young professional networks and employee resource groups, at our Why Millennials Matter office in WeWork. Women and men from Pepsi, IBM, MetLife, AmEx, Ogilvy, Consumer Reports, Illumina, McKinsey &Co. joined me for this workshop on personal branding and relationships then experimented with our “Could, Woulda…” ice breaker to deepen connections with one another.
